The National Euro changeover Plan is a key document which clarifies the principles, sets a timetable and provides many other important technical information about the process of euro adoption in the Czech Republic. The first part of the Plan addresses general technical issues related to the transition to the single currency. The second part pays closer attention to the activities that must be carried out in individual segments of the Czech economy.

The first version of the Plan was approved by the Czech Government in April 2007.
